This carbon fiber splitter by STEVS Design is for the 190E (W201) Evolution style bumper. The splitter is designed to compliment the styling of the bumper and add a touring car aesthetic and performance. We offer three distinct styles, each differing slightly in design and engineering to help tailor your vision. Upon request, custom designs can be made to specification.
Style A: 9mm Carbon Fiber Foam Core
A carbon fiber foam core sandwich construction with a thickness of ~9mm. This version provides the maximum stiffness. In addition, this version has carbon fiber edging, adding to the stiffness, and a continuous carbon fiber aesthetic.
Style B: 6mm Carbon Fiber Foam Core
At ~6mm, this carbon fiber foam core construction offers exceptional stiffness with black edging to seal the inner core and provide a sleek look.
Style C: 3mm Solid Carbon Fiber
A solid carbon fiber sheet construction, with a thickness of ~3mm. This version provides a sleek touring car inspired look with good stiffness and air splitting. This version does not extend as far out as Style A & B, resulting in a tamer ‘street’ look.

Race flat
A flat sheen surface finish showing the carbon fiber weave. For applications where track use and performance is the priority.
Production matte
The surface goes through our full clear coating process which offers the maximum in UV protection. The surface is finished with an automotive grade matte clear coat finish. This beautifully showcases the carbon fiber weave in a matte/satin appearance.
Production gloss
The surface goes through our full clear coating process with offers the maximum in UV protection. The surface is finished with an automotive grade gloss clear coat finish. This beautifully showcases the carbon fiber weave in a glossy appearance.
