Should you choose to cancel your online order from our store, we offer refunds for returned items, excluding the transaction fee. Please note that while we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, the transaction fee incurred during the purchase process is non-refundable. We accept returns on catalogued products only.

  • The item must be in the original packaging and in ‘as new’ condition
  • Buyer is responsible for setting up return shipment, and must cover delivery charges

We don't accept returns on custom commissions. This includes catalogued products that have been custom engraved.
